who in the world will watch the girls?
We've got lots of great friends and amazing family, but we were going to be gone for 10 days and that is kind of a long time for any one person to keep these two little munchkins. And, because it was our first time leaving them both for more than a night so we didn't want them to be passed from house to house - somehow that just seemed like it would make the separation harder. ?
So the answer came in the form of my wonderful sister and her husband. She stays home with her little Savannah who is Serelle's age and who Lili adores and the girls would be able to be in one place the whole time. Perfect.
Next step, getting them to Omaha. The budget put flights out of the running so we made it a road trip.
