Uncle Mikey!

 We were so excited when Uncle Mikey told us that he was going to spend his spring break here in CA with us! We love having visitors and were so excited to have Uncle Mikey.

Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate very well and we had low 60's and rain all week.

But did we let that stop us from having fun?

We spent a cold and windy day at the beach in Half Moon Bay

 A rainy day at Muir Woods

A note on Muir Woods: it was actually very enchanting to visit the woods during the rainstorm. The misty clouds were drifting through the tips of the redwoods and we hardly felt the rain because of all the tree cover. As long as you dress accordingly, Muir Woods can be a fantastic rainy day option.

 And a day in San Fransicso touring the Legion of Honor Museum - where we were able to explore and enjoy the beautiful exhibit, "The Cult of Beauty" - and tasting some delicious (but very expensive!) pasta in Little Italy. (which Mikey still has not sent me the pictures of!)

One of the highlights of the trip was introducing Mikey to the Lundeen Green Drink.
