This year we decided that the Easter Bunny could visit us on Saturday morning so we could separate the eggs, candy and bunny from the true meaning of the holiday. Although, ironically, that's the only part we got pictures of!
In an effort to teach the girls about Easter, we spent some time watching these beautiful videos about the atonement and resurrection. It was so fun to share this message with the girls now that they are getting old enough to understand a little bit more what it is about.
In fact, Serelle grasped onto the story so well that for the next month all of her toys were "dying" then being "resurrected" three days later, just like Jesus. What a fun stage!
