This year's drive to sunny Arizona for Christmas was the worst we've ever seen. Ever.
For those of you that are familiar with the I-15 Southbound corridor, the drive from Orem to Fillmore should NOT take 5 hours. It should take less than 2. Do the math and that is an ugly drive, especially when you consider that we still had 9+ hours to go.

After about 35, we quit counting how many cars had slid off the road.
Ugliest part of the drive was just north of Nephi. In case you're wondering, doing a 180 on the freeway with oncoming traffic close behind is not as exciting as it sounds.
As the car came to a stop Kylan and I immediately looked to back seat to check on the girls and neither one of them had even looked up from the movie they were watching.
Bless the portable DVD player and the favorite movie of the week - Mulan!
After about an hour and a half of stand still, we felt like we were cruising when we hit 25!
What an adventure!

We actually did a 360 at Thanksgiving time and the girls starting laughing and said do it again!
