Serelle and I got to visit Happy Hollow - a fun little amusement park/zoo in San Jose - with some friends from our Biz Kids group. We feel so lucky to have made some really amazing friends during our time at Stanford. These are two of our favorites - Bailey Bauman and Kyla Meikle - so fun to spend the day with them!
Although it was fun to look at the animals, these three crazy girls were much more interested in the rides! We rode the carousel three times, the little dragon ride twice and the roller coaster!
Lili was able to go on a field trip with her kindergarten class to Hidden Villa Farms - a co-op farm with crops, livestock and lots of fun trails for the kids to explore. The farm is located in Los Altos Hills off of the 280 - it is such a beautiful setting in the foothills and is so fun to visit.
I was so proud of Lili when she came home and told me she had pet the goat! That was a huge step for her =) I'm also so proud of Lili's ability to make new friends. She's gone to a new school each of the past three years and it's likely that she'll get to go to another new school next year after graduation. She is so good at making new friends and is able to connect with all different personalities. She doesn't exclude other kids and she's generally just a sweet little girl that other kids want to be friends with! Sure love you Liliahna!
