Kylan did all of our electrical, mechanical, plumbing, etc. and this was his favorite part, crawling into the little "cave" to work on the electrical connections.
This July was a busy month for us as we took on a very big project. In June we received word that we’d need to be out of our apartment within the month, so we started to look. We’ve really grown to love the neighborhood we live in right now so we really wanted to stay here. After word got out that we were looking, one of our neighbors approached us with a proposition. They had a space in their home that they wanted to turn into an apartment so if we would do the work they would pay for it and we could live there for just the price of utilities. Sweet Deal! Well, as all home projects go this one turned out to be a lot bigger than we anticipated! After a lot of hours, blood, sweat and tears we have the finished product. It was worth every minute and we absolutely love our new little home!
